Wild Rice Chicken Bake

All day yesterday I was craving wild rice... weird I know... but I decided I would make a wild rice-chicken bake. It was so simple and so yummy! Husband loved it. It was a first time to make this recipe (it was one my mom made when I was younger). I didn't have all the original ingredients so I altered it a little bit. So I get to claim it as my own, right?

Wild Rice Chicken Bake:

Ingredients:
2-4 chicken breasts
1 box of Uncle Ben's Wild Rice
1 can of cream of celery
1 3/4 cups of water
1 tablespoon of butter
Salt/Pepper to taste

Mix ingredients together in a pan with a lid, place thawed, uncooked chicken breast on top of the rice and bake at 350 degrees for roughly an hour. And you will get this:

There's a chicken breast in there somewhere... promise!

Husband and I always have to have bread to go along with a meal - it's mandatory! So for this meal, Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

What's your favorite quick meal?
